    Surely there has to be one person that can help. I have been banned recently from communications. Yes it already has been lifted. On the Enforcement Website, there are no current bans on my account. I've asked Xbox agents for assistance, I've been told to
    post here or apply for case review. 1) I have posted on here but other agents have said you can't contact the enforcement team on here even though I've been told otherwise by employees of Microsoft. 2) I CANNOT apply for case review because there aren't any
    current bans on my account on the website. Even though I have a ban for 100 days. There has to be one solution or member that can help. I'm tired of being lied to and avoided. I've spent large amounts of money to enjoy my experience but it gets ruined because
    I'm being told the same thing over and over. At this point if no Microsoft employee can help with my absurd 100 day ban when I never touched my account while I was previously banned, then I will have to cancel my

    Membership and stop playing Xbox. Can someone please help? As I previously stated, I was banned recently from communications, but within that time frame of that ban they extended it to 100 even though on the website, under my enforcement history it shows
    NO ACTIVE OR CURRENT SUSPENSIONS. It was extended for absolutely no reason when I never sent anyone any message or even contacted anyone. I have not received any notification of this 100 day ban. Someone please help me.

    To help me either all keep telling me to contact enforcement team but no chance of being able to speak to someone's after a ban has expired.

    Not the answer you want to hear, but support does not handle enforcement issues. The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans and the only way to contact them is by submitting a case review. If a case review
    is not available, the only thing you can do is wait out the suspension.
