No one responding to Enforcement Actions

After i got my console replaced and re downloaded the preview update program i plugged in usb stick and changed the back ground to the year one that i downloaded from email. Then i got a email saying this... i own a scuf controller.. that's not a reason
for a ban and i didn't tamper with my console i just downloaded the preview update firmware and changed background after my day one console bluray drive stopped working... Please get someone to look at the enforcement actions and approve my post and unban
me please. My GT is OwNsYaZ. My son has been kid napped.. i missed out on playing destiny raid last night and talking to online friends to keep my mind of it.. admin/moderator please help me.

Account suspension I don't know why said I got account suspension

In situations like that, it's best to file a complaint on them so the enforcement team will investigate them and take action instead of responding to them. It's also not a good idea to post the offensive messages on the forums.

 

My club was discrimanitly banned

Only an Enforcement team member can respond to enforcement actions, and the Enforcement Team does not use the forums.

You will need to submit a case review on the Enforcement site (https://enforcement.xbox.com) as no one (Forum/Twitter/Chat support) can respond to enforcement actions.

Replied on the 25th and just said i cheated and i asked him/her to review it because i never cheated.. i've played nearly 600hrs of destiny.. its all i play and now im suspended until the 9th for I'm guessing the preview update because soon as i did that
bam banned.

I found an IP address of someone who knows me in real life that has logged in to my account.. i kicked him from my clan so he has obviously done something to get me temporally banned. He knows my wifi password, he knew my xbox live password, he knows my
phone number, he knows my home address.

I have posted this along with the IP to XBLPET Epsilon but i doubt he will even reply

If i don't get un banned an any bad reputation removed from my account I'm selling my xbox one.. because this is just so unfair

If you share your private Login-data ist like you say:

"here take my account, you do whatever you want with it"

if you let someone else use your account, this is your personal fault

and you shouldnt be mad at the xbox, you should be mad at the Person you trusted.

 

We were not friends, he was kicked out of the clan and we no longer saw each other. i changed my password but it was obviously not quick enough, so no.. someone hacking my account is not my fault. he had all my email passwords everything because he sniffed
data on my wifi and my firewall didn't catch it since he was already logged in to my wifi.

So, You are completely incorrect. I cannot stop someone stealing my information over sniffing data packets over wifi.. i have reported it to the police.

 

It does not matter who did what, when or how. The only people who can address the reason you were banned are the PET. Posting in other forums will not do anything for you.

I know this, But they will not respond! I even told them i contacted the police about the user/and there GT:/IP used from my outlook log in history.

 

I also posted another thread in the enforcement section about the account being hacked, the IP/GT and lots more information so they can easily see it was not me. They never approved my first post on the 25th.. so if they don't approve it and review it I'm
seriously selling my xbox one because this is so unfair i don't want any bad reputation on my account for something i did not do

 

The issue here is that it was someone you knew who did this. How he got your login info is a moot point. You are responsible for your account and any enforcement actions that were taken on the account will more than likely stand. But again, that answer
has got to come from them. If they did not answer your post in the forum then they would have emailed you.

He hacked my passwords by wifi.. so thats illegal and reported to the police. I DIDNT TOUCH MY ACCOUNT. there for my ban is shall be removed since i posted all the information they need to see it was hacked.

 

Messaged every PET since none have accepted my post since the 25th.. I'm losing my mind with my son missing and without my only friends on live to talk to. I have even offered to provide a police report of the person who had taken over my account to get
me banned just for kicking him from a small destiny clan.. Literally all i play is destiny.. nearly 600+hrs.. All i ever did was get out of the map and bungie didn't ban any of my friends that did it with me, or the other 250+ on my friends list. If i was
a cheated i would buy a modded controller with rapid fire or some crap I'm competitive i own a scuf controller, top rated tv for 2014, Astro a50's. Competitive gamer's don't cheat! And i have all the proof..

So if an ADMIN/MOD sees this can you please get the "PET" to accept and respond to my thread and im happy to provide a copy of the police statement of my account being hacked by this person..

 

CardSaturn89458 - I'm very sorry to see the situation you are in, but you will not get an answer from the PET here. Please keep posting in the suspension forums linked above. They might not be approving it because you are posting someone's IP address publicly,
and they do not want that to be public. Please post a new post letting them know that you can provide that information in private messages. Thank you for understanding.
