I am having the same problem as many others. Pay for puzzles with points and they won't download.

WHY HAVE THESE DISCUSSIONS OVER PROBLEMS WITH JIGSAW DOWNLOADS, IF THEY DON'T OFFER A SOLUTION TO IT. LIKE BANGING YOUR HEAD AGAINST THE WALL. NO ONE IS LISTENING !!!!

24 -You claim no one from Xbox reads this forums? How sure of this are you.? I think the correct response is- No one from Microsoft will respondon these forums.To say they never read them is pure speculation.Then as an ambassador you might try giving hints
about where they should post if they want a response.Be more friendly.What could it hurt?

Thank you for posting! I came on here looking for assistance with Jigsaw issues but your posting clearly shows those behind the game are non-responsive. I used to enjoy playing Jigsaw when I first downloaded the game, however within a few months one issue
after another crept up with no resolution except to close out of the game and then reboot.

Reading your post, it sounds like you are trying to record game streaming from an Xbox One using GameDVR on Windows 10, correct?

Indeed, we do read the forums and blahism is 100% correct. Every make/model of STB is different so, when posting an issue it is really helpful to track equipment that does not 'play well' with the Xbox One. The posted link by blahism is also correct, to
post in that area if you don't mind. It helps with tracking issues.

You can add paragraphs by going into the Use rich formatting option and then holding down the Shift key when you press Enter.

This allows the correct paragraphing.

My apologies for putting your post up again with a few paragraphs in but many wont read such a long post without them, and one of those people may have known the answer to your problem.
