    I have been in contact with one of your xbox live team about my situation 29/7/2018. My reference number is: 1435284092 I've even been speaking to PM Microsoft NZ on facebook there the only ones messaging me if it is really Microsoft.

    I was told my money was going to be refunded back into my bank account within 24 hours. It's been 3 days now. You guys are making me **** frustrated.

    My situation. On the 28/7/2018 I was trying to buy xbox live gold subscription. As I knew there should of been enough money in my bank account to buy gold. I get a pop up on my tv screen stating that there was something wrong with the bank side of things
    when trying to purchase xbox live gold. My bank details I installed failed.

    I thought ok. I'll install my bank details on my xbox one again this is the second time I done this just incase I missed something. Still the same stupid pop up. I tried another two times to install my bank details. Ok what the ****.

    Then my bank app on my phone starts going off. Then I checked my bank account details showing me that you guys MICROSFT have taking X4 payments of $2 out my account. I was pissed off. As you guys have taken your guys fees without giving me what I wanted.
    Which was my xbl gold membership

    28/7/2018 i got a hold of one of you guys from ringing through & lady taken down my situation & passed me over to guy in your xbox live support team. He was a great help. So I had atleast $12.56 in my bank account & I gave my bank card details to him so
    he could try sort my situation but he got same pop up as me. But that **** me off you guys charge me another $2 fee & at the end of it I still got nothing out of it besides you guys getting free money from me. The xbox live support person told me that my money
    will be refunded back into my account with in 24 hours. It's been 3 **** days now. Your Quick to take the cash but slow to **** do.

    What makes it worse is that I've used this same card to buy battlefield 1 & killer Instinct games off xbox live & my bank details are all still there but just not active

    Get in contact with me to sort this situation out. This shot is frustrating I've already tried to email you guys my details ect.

    Xbox live is down as of ~8:30am EST on December 6th. I'm going out to buy a Playstation, and if Microsoft wants to maintain ANY sort of goodwill with me, they'll give me a prorated refund on my Xbox live account. The uptime of their servers in absolutely

    Yeah, I get that. My question was how do you go about getting the refund that microsoft is offering because of that initial problem? I read on Kotaku that they were doing refunds for people who those in the same situation as myself. Kotaku's usually reliable,
    so I don't think it was inaccurate.

    And yeah, it's no problem. I'm glad I'm not the only one who's wondering about this

    Region Migration, now a big Problem with Xbox One

    OK so after playing on my Xbox One for a good few hours I haven't had the auto sign out thing happen to me even once so really happy that Microsoft sorted it out!

    The situation want nice to be in bit I'm relieved that I don't have to put up with another auto sign out...

    Microsoft havn't given me my money after refund was approved 1 month ago

    I called my bank and they there has been no refund sent through. I need a refund reciept to prove there was a refund but I wasn't sent one by microsoft beacause most likely no refund was ever given.

    This is not the service I expect from microsoft, something like this should rarely happen.

    I was approved for a refund so I want my money back.

    It's EE. I know Sky is having issues.

    Situation is over though, a week of pestering the poor xbox support staff on chat and no answers on 343's own site. No multiplayer on my game after that I returned the game for a refund as faulty.

    I hated doing it as I wanted to play but keeping a non-working game wasn't worth waiting for whenever it did get sorted.

    My Situation.

    The ONLY way you can use the DLC from the account you cannot remember the information on if to recover the account itself. But considering you do not remember the information, this will be hard. I recommend trying all of the emails you have used in the past
    as well as the passwords you have used in the past; you might get lucky. The only other option I can suggest is to talk to Official Xbox Support, and give as much detail as possible when describing your account so the Support Rep may be able to verify you
    are the real owner of the account.

    To contact Official Xbox Support,
    go here
    and start a chat with the Official Xbox Support option. When in the chat, give as much detail as possible; I recommend mentioning which DLCs you have purchased, and
    ask if you can verify that you are the owner by showing the credit card info you used to purchase the DLC.
    This should help a lot because it would show you bought the DLC and are in fact the owner.
