    i noticed my deposit did not arrive went and looked and since last month

    it has said that no activity and it is saying i am am not even a gold

    member and worse i have got no points towards pre order games this month

    and i pre ordered lego and bulletstorm and more and last month i had

    over 6000 achievements and nearly 2000 so far this month and my account

    is showing no activity and telling me my discount is 4 star and not a

    gold member when i have always been 5 star and a gold member. help this

    is crazy i bought those two games on xbox over my ps4 pro and rewards

    was the deciding factor and now i get a slap in the face it was

    pointless . tag godslayer1975 and if you check my account i usually get

    between $15 up to $40 a month and now i have been screwed for going on

    two months .

    Also its not updating it has not in nearly two months even my gamer picture is two month old pic but in forums and in store or any were like my account page its up to date gamer pic . so please stop sending faq saying update on 15th well 15th has passed
    twice already and it still says i am not even a gold member and i have earned no points in that time and yet in April alone i have pre ordered 3 games and should have points already showing but last month nothing so please help , only response i get is from
    ambassadors that have no clue and i am one they just keep sending the faq and hows that help if my account is not updating or changing for months so faq does not help me.

    Also i just looked and my bullet storm pre order i got nothing it shows in mission page i missed pre ordering it when i have receipt i pre ordered it in April during this mission and my gamer pic is still old pirate hat gamer pic not my new one that on
    forums here. please help its going on way to long just under 60 days and no one can help that works for Microsoft

    Hey! Yeh its a good selection this month the other two will be available from the 16th of this month. They release two at the start and the other two half way through the month. Hope this helps

    Hi, thanks for the reply. I have the 1 month trial (with credit card), and it let me download the two Xbox one games. It's just the Xbox 360 one I can't download.

    Also, the Games With Gold FAQ (support.xbox.com/.../games-with-gold-faq) specifically says the Gold membership trials with credit card are elligible.
    I did input my credit card info.
