    No one can join my parties without invite


    Hello, so my problem is that no one can ever join my party without an invite. As soon as I invite someone they are able to join fine. With no connection problems. It also says that I'm in a party when I'm not (to my friends). This has been happening for
    a while and its kind of annoying. I have an open nat type and my download/upload speeds are very high. I don't know how to fix this so maybe you'll have a suggestion.

    It won't let me join friends parties.

    I am on Xbox 360. I can join my friends games but I can join their parties. Sometimes the you send "join party and game" invites but Xbox live says "couldnt join party". No error code, just that. And when I try to join parties only, it doesn't say anything,
    it just fades as if it joined but it didn't. I can make parties and people can join them but I just can't join parties. Can someone help me?

    Can't connect to parties POST update.

    Am also having this issue since the update. Cannot join parties, cannot invite people to party i've started either. Error message, 'can't connect to xbox live party'. Can join game invite and can invite people to game without any issues. Will try the above
    when I get home, fingers crossed.

    There are a few things to check/try here

    1. Make sure your party is not locked

    2. Power cycle your console by holding the power button for 10 seconds until it shuts down

    3. Have your friends power cycle their console

    4. Power cycle the modem/router by unplugging it for 10 seconds

    Network Issues

    I dont know an exact fix for the cant join party issue, but one thing Ive learned to do is create a party and set the invites to public so that way my friends can just hop in without an invite.

    I can join parties and receive party invites just fine. The problem is the game invites. For example, I was trying to play Call of Duty: Warzone through a Looking For Group post. I join the party but then don't receive the game invite and can't invite
    them to my game.

    Same here - playing EA NHL Legacy on Xbox 360 - can't send game invites. Can't send any messages on Xbox 360. Can join another person's party by going to their profile and clicking join party, but can't send or receive a party invite. Even if they are in a joinable game though, the "Join Game" option does not appear on their profile, so without game invites there's no way for us to play a game together. This is awful - any fix soon?
