put you behind a "double NAT", as they use CG-NAT and DS-Lite to hide you and many other of their customers behind one single public IP address (similar to how your router at home "hides" multiple devices like your PC, smartphone, tablet, console, smart fridge
and whatever behind one internet IP address).

In that case you'd have to contact your ISP and ask them if they can give you a public IP address.
