    No one can hear me


    i had a 2 week communication ban. Today its over. i tried now to go into a party with a friend and he cant hear me. In the game nobody hear me. Skype works. I talked to the xbox live team , they said i should make a post here. Before the ban all works well.
    I tried reboot , other headset. So its no hardware issue.

    Please check the Turtle Beach Support website for a guide on how to correctly setup your specific headset with your console.

    Sorry to hear it. Please remember that bans last until the same time that they began. So if your ban began at 8pm it wouldn't be lifted until that time.

    However, any further questions should be directed to either phone support or you could try contacting the PET regarding the enforcement action at the following link.

    Have you tried completely hard reseting your xbox? Simply turning off is actually only putting it into standby. Hold the power button for about 5 seconds (until it powers off) then turn it back on. When you turn it on you should see a green Xbox One screen.

    Yes i tried that all. Privacy settings too. I tried to post 2 times in the enforcement section here in the forum but the the moderator dont activate my post. My ban was on the 4th september. Maybe the forgotten to unban me completly ? Where else can i post
    to the enforcement team ?

    What you need, is that two of the cables from your headset are for the white and red plugs in the back of your TV. These are what broadcast the audio to the headset. What you need is to make sure that you have the right cables plugged into your controller,
    so that your sound can be broadcast online. The reason you can hear yourself is because of the Mic Monitor feature that Turtle Beach offers, which plays back what you say through the speakers, since most of their headsets are noise cancelling

    Otherwise, I have had luck in inviting others into my party (as opposed to joining their party) if they can't hear me. Give that a whirl and see if it works for you.
