    No one can hear me - not a mic issue.


    Having just come off a chat / comm ban I understand that there is an issue that Xbox One has looked into since Oct 9 regarding players not being able to chat after being relieved of the ban.

    Well, it's the 23rd now. Is there an update on when/how this is fixed? I tried all the recommended steps and nothing. I suppose this goes under tech support now that it's not a comm ban issue ? I don't know - previous attempts and this post haven't been
    posted.

    Party Chat - I can hear my freinds but they can't hear me - Kinect still works with party

    I have the same issue. My kinetic works fine and I can hear everyone in the party but no one can hear me. Whether I speak through the connect mic or a mic i plug in. It worked fine the day before now this.

    No one can hear me after one week commutation ban ends

    see subject. It ended on tuesday, but no one can hear me. On my end it shows my mic lighting up, but my friends are telling me it's not. I can hear everyone else, but no one can hear me.

    What type of headset and brand are you using for party chat on the console? Are you seeing any error messages when you try to chat? What type of troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

    To clarify my issue for comparison. I can hear other people with the Xbox One Chat Headset. They cannot hear me. In addition the mic icon in the Xbox Live Party Chat Menu is ALWAYS ON regardless of whether or not the mic is plugged in or the controller is
    on or off. The mic icon is ALWAYS ON.

    I wish I were here to provide an answer but I'm facing the same problem. I worked on my nat settings this morning and took it from moderate to open but am still having the same issues. The weird thing for me has been the fact that with one mic that I have
