no one can hear me in party chat with my account

Hi ,

I had problem yesterday in xbox one first of all there is a message appeared "Because of your past behavior, you can't participate in parties.". I contacted xbox support and they told me it was a glitch in your account. Today I can join and invite to parties
but they can't hear me talking in my account I sign in with my brother's account in the same xbox, headset and same router and they can hear my in parties with my brother's account. I have noticed that the problem in my account not in my xbox.

Problem With Gamertag

Hello. I tried no once to tell in support my problem but no one help me! My gamertag has got a lag with communication! I was banned, I was unbanned at 2nd November and problem has started! I can speak in chat game and everybody hear me, but when I am joining
to party chat, I only hear people but my voice no one hear in party chat! And after if I leave from party chat, no one hear me in a chat game! If I restart a console I can speak again in a chat game but no one hear me in a party chat!

On other gamertags is everything okey. Problem only with this gamertag . I gave to my friend my gamertag and he tried with other internet, everything same. I know very good Xbox one and I used every step but problem doesn't finish! Please do something!
Really tired!

 

XB1 connecting to live. Can`t use any multiplayer features.

I have also had this problem since yesterday. I can get into party chat, but no one in the party can hear anyone else. All of my friends show up as offline even when they are clearly online because they are in the chat with me.

 

Are there any other features you can not use on the account?

I would recommend speaking to a member of the accounts team to find out what's going on

I would recommend contacting xbox so they can access your profile as ambassadors currently do not have access.

Have you also updated your xbox one that adds a party troubleshooting.

 

I contacted xbox team and they solved the problem
