No-one can hear me in party chat since communications suspension

Hi, I received a 24 hour suspension which finished last night.

After going on my xbox today, I have noticed no other users can hear me in party chat, despite both me and them having open NAT types. Every time I speak, the microphone dot lights up which suggests the microphone is not broken (this would be a terrible
coincidence if so). I have completed all suggestions made by support, including hard resets, testing connections, re-downloading profiles etc.

This is totally ruining my gaming experience, and as I said previously it worked absolutely flawlessly until the 24 hour ban I recieved. I was sent my support chat to post in the enforcement forum, who have then told me to contact support.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do next? This is really annoying!

Communication Suspension broke my Xbox Live chat!

On the 2st of November I received a communications suspension which has since expired. While I am now allowed to message other people my voice communication no longer works! My mic 'lights up' in-game and in Xbox Live party chat proving the mic is picking
up on me talking but nobody can hear me!

Help?

Can't hear friends in game/party chat

hi I recently just got off a one day suspension ban for communication and now since it's been over I can't hear anyone in party or game but they can hear me can you please help me ?

I have also had this problem since yesterday. I can get into party chat, but no one in the party can hear anyone else. All of my friends show up as offline even when they are clearly online because they are in the chat with me.

If it's a communication suspension then you can still play online,you just can't communicate with anyone via chat/party chat/messages/skype etc.

No-one can hear me in party chat since communications suspension
