    No one can hear me after one week commutation ban ends


    see subject. It ended on tuesday, but no one can hear me. On my end it shows my mic lighting up, but my friends are telling me it's not. I can hear everyone else, but no one can hear me.

    Cant speak on live.

    After the one week ban, i can hear everyone just fine, but they still cant hear me.

    Console ban and communication ban

    can someone help me please ?, so I had 2 bans one for com and on for console ban, my ban has been lifted but I can play online but for commutation it still says because of yourboy past behaviour like This isn this fair :/ am I ban forever ? I have no Active
    bans but I still can’t talk or anything

    I have the same problem. Support cant do anything about it either. "We have our trusted tech team working on it and you'll hear back from us in 3 days, i promise. " then they emailed me 3 days later, using the wrong name, and told me they haven't figured
    anything out and they'll get back to me. This isn't fair and I'm seriously considering giving up my xbox over this.

    Hey guys. Sorry to hear you're experiencing this. It is a known issue that they are working on. Please be sure to post to the following thread.

    forums.xbox.com/.../2048418.aspx

    In the meantime try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplug all cables for 5 minutes to see if that helps.

    It couldn't hurt to power cycle your modem/router by unplugging for 5 seconds during this time as well.

    Cannot speak in party/in-game chat. But can hear everyone through headset.

    In parties/chats I can hear my friends but my friends can't hear me, this happened after a 2 week ban... And this headset works on my brother's profile on the same console (one). So it's not a headset issue, it's a profile issue. Please help!! Thanks
