No one answer forum posts!!!

Hello! To fill you in on a long story here it goes! I purchased the Xbox One console the day it came out, well about a month ago the day one controller went out, so I had to send it off to get repaired. I went through the steps and sent it off, in the meantime
I went out to game stop to purchase a new controller so I can have something to play games with while the day one controller is out for repair. Anyway I first wen to game stop, where I went through about 7 controllers that were all poor quality. I then got
my money back after dealing with very rude employees, I then decided to go to a different outlet thinking it was just a bad batch at game stop. The first controller I got buttons didn't function, then the other ones had thumb sticks that wobbled and altered
position inside the casing of the controller (this is the most prominent issue). Other ones have had panels falling off ect. The regular black controller I bought from Walmart has many issues such as panels falling off and the trigger is grinding against something
else. Then I got the day one controller back on XMAS eve, to my surprise I was given a controller with defective thumb sticks, I was then sent out another one and received it new years eve and it didn't turn on. I am now gonna buy the COD:AW limited edition
to see if that is defective and now I have to send both my day one controller off for a third time and the regular black one off too. I should also note I that a support person responded to my forum post a few days ago and told me to film myself opening the
package the day one controller came in a few days ago. Here is that video () I have posted about 2 forum posts with the video and no one has
responded. The quality of these controllers is bad and no one wants to acknowledge it. Please MS just give me an answer before I sell your console and go to PS4.

Sometimes official support will read/post in the support forums but no one from Microsoft reads any of the other forums.

You can post in the support forums but you'll get the same answer I've given you.

Looking at your video it looks like the controller is within limits of the analogue stick dead zones and isn't a defect as such.

If you don't want that give in the controllers thumb sticks you may want to look into third party controllers although right now they are few and far between but you can find them on the likes of Amazon.

How is that not a defect? The whole thumb stick is altering postion inside the controller casing, but the other stick is fine and doesn't do it, also my day one controller (before I sent it off to get "repaired") didn't do that in either thumbstick

Xbox has a link to how to opt out from the preview program.

"What should I do if I want to stop participating in the program?

If you decide that you don't want to get Preview updates anymore you can opt out in the Xbox Preview Dashboard app. You won't be removed from the program right away; it won't happen until the current update is released to the general public. If you change
your mind, you can always re-register your console later using the Xbox Preview Dashboard app.

Here's how to remove your console from the Xbox Preview program:

Open the Xbox Preview Dashboard app.

Select Registration.

Under Manage flights, select Change.

Note If you have more than one console in the program, you can change their statuses by using Manage other consoles.

Under Manage programs, select Remove, and then select Submit. You'll be prompted to select a reason for leaving.

If you run into any issues, post in the private Xbox Early Access forums for help.

Note Your console won't be removed from the program until the current Preview update is released to the general public, so it won't happen right away. Until then, your console's status will show as Pending."

even if it's someone from official support when they view the forum (you'll notice the posts by Misses Quinzel in several of the threads on this page).
