    This is silly, I can't create an offline profile like the 360, I called xbox and they said it is impossible to create a local account on the Xbox one, this is silly. Xbox fix this.

    Adding my partners Xbox 360 Username to the Xbox One

    It sounds like you created an offline profile on your 360 for your partner. Unless it's an online profile with a unique associated email address, you won't be able to transfer it across. Your profile transferred, but your partners isn't attached to it, it's separate and offline on the 360.

    I'd look at trying to convert the offline profile on your 360 to an online one, associate an email with it, then load that up in the One.

    How To Merege One Profile With Another

    Hello,

    Sorry, there's no way to merge content from an offline profile with an online profile. They are considered 2 separate entities, if you wanted to have the offline content available on it's own you would need to make that offline profile into an online profile
    by joining Xbox LIVE with it.

    There would unfortunately be no other way to do this.

    Play Station 3 allows you to play games without being always online. Your offline profile is not the same as your PSN profile.

    The Dreamcast never had Offline Profiles. You tried to compare XBOX Live's promotion of my Offline Profile to an Online Profile with the Dreamcast. What are you smoking that you think the Dreamcast ever had an Offline Profile and was in anyway shape or
    form comparable to what happened to me tonight with XBOX Live signup?

    You obviously need to be lectured on consoles, because you obviously don't know what an offline profile is or why it's important to some of us who don't want our offline profile info (such as games we've played) linked with our online profile.

    Hello Korfall,

    Sorry for the issue with the account. What it sounds like is the account was an offline profile on the Xbox 360. When you signed into the Xbox one it created a live profile and now voided the offline profile. Especially if it is the same email on both accounts
    then that is for sure what happened. Only way around this is to delete the offline profile off the 360 and download the now live account onto the 360. You may lose all progress that was done on the offline profile, due to it not being activated to live correctly.
