No notification for communication ban?!

When you received the notification about the ban lift?
Today? Also, in this notification. Are you able to see the date of your ban lift?

go to https://enforcement.xbox.com/ and sign in with the account that received the notification of the communication ban.

you should be able to see the reason for the ban there

Xbox/Microsoft Support wouldn't be able to help as only the Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team issue and review bans and suspensions.

Sorry for the issue with a console ban. You should of got an email notification stating what the ban was about. As mentioned these are handed out with extreme caution. You can try go to Enforcement and file a case review. However console bans may not be
able to review. Have you recently had a communication ban also?

It sounds like you still have a communication ban if you're still receiving a notification. Most likely it's a console suspension which wouldn't show up on the Enforcement page. Be sure to check out your e-mail you used for communication, it should have more
information on the suspension.

Upon receiving a device ban, any account that attempts to sign in to the Xbox Live service will receive a notification. The specific content of the notification depends on the type of device that received the ban.

For Xbox One the notification is:

“Your console is banned. This console has been banned for Terms of Use violations. To protect the Xbox service and its members, Microsoft does not provide details about specific console bans. For more information out console bans, visit xbox.com/xboxone/consoleban.”

As stated before you can't contact anyone regarding a console ban.
