No Norway region available???

Discus and support No Norway region available??? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Hi, haven't used these forums in ages, so I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this question, but searching hasn't helped me find an answer, so...     No Norway region available???


    Hi, haven't used these forums in ages, so I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this question, but searching hasn't helped me find an answer, so here goes...

    We just got an Xbox One as they are now available in Norway. However, Norway doesn't appear as a region option on the region list. We chose the UK... but now all the prices are in GBP and clearly it's not the right region for us.

    I'm assuming as Norway isn't on the list, it's not been made an option yet... even though the One has been released here now??

    Is there any way around this? or do we have to wait for some kind of region update? When is that likely to be?

    Why no option for Norway? Help!!

    OK, we found it by selecting Norwegian as a language. Seems daft that it's not in the region list? Very cack handed way of going about it.

    Also, voted for this, as not having other languages available for all regions is very short sited in our global world.

    Langauage option makes no sens!

    We just bought the console in Norway, and Norway and Sweden don't appear on the list of regions available???

    How did you select your region as Sweden?

    I agree BTW, the region and language support is severely lacking. English and voice controls should be available as a world wide option!

    If you live in Norway like your profile suggest, it's because it's not available to download in that region.

    I can see the Paramount+ app in Microsoft Store at my Xbox, here in Norway, but I can't download it... It's unavailable at the moment.

    If your account region is still set for Norway then that's probably why. It's still showing you the marketplace for Norway.
