    Hi.

    Past weekend I bought a new Gears of War 4 Xbox One S.

    The issue is that i have Internet connection but i can´t play multiplayer. The weirdest thing is that one month ago a friend came with his Xbox One (the first to be released) and we were able to Play with no problem.

    I already open UDP/TCP ports and nothing changes.

    Also try DMZ and lot of things that i found in support pages.

    I have a Motorola SBG900 modem and a NETGEAR WNR2000V3 router. Already reset both to factory settings.

    Please help me !!!

    XBox One not getting Teredo IP yet Windows 8 desktop on same network does. I have a public IP for the XBox One so NAT and UPnP does not apply. The network is a University network. I have talked with Networking and they have no clue why this is not working.
    They did inform that IPv6 routing is not implemented yet but is in-process. When I checked my Windows 8 desktop I have a Teredo IP on it, but the XBox One keeps reporting Unable to get Teredo IP. The network is behind a firewall but it should not be affecting
    the XBox One since Windows 8 does not have a problem.

    Wow....just wow!

    US_CA_

    Modem: Arris CM20

    Router: DLink DIR 655

    Tried both wired (the Xbox didn't even actually read the wired connection) but connected through wireless.

    I've tried everything in the troubleshoot link that attempts to help the XBox One find a teredo IP Address.

    UPnP was both enabled and disable and enabled again.

    No Nat Error, it reads on the Xbox as open

    No actual Error codes beyond the can not find A Teredo IP Address.

    Same same.... Xbox one s everything ok until the 8th... done resets on box and router.. and a LOT of other stuff... still no ip on teredo
