No MyVIP stars received

Hi,

I have purchased games, expansions and Gold Live subscription since June this year but have received no MyVIP stars. I spoke to an Xbox assistant who told me to post this here so he can forward it to the rewards team who can update it. Hope to receive progress
soon. Thanks

No credits or MyVip Stars for any purchases, achievements, and gold renewal

Hello,

I have never received any credits or MyVip stars for any of the purchases I have made on the store, any achievements I have received, or for renewing my gold membership. I have been a member since July and have not received anything since then. I believe
that I should have been getting discounts on all my purchases every month, but due to not getting credit towards MyVip stars, I have not. Please help.

MyVIP Stars

Hello Reverend Dork. We've reviewed your account and the total eligible purchases you made from September 2015 to now is $259.59, which puts you at 86% on your way to unlocking level 1. Once you spend $40.41 more pre tax, you'll unlock your first Star level.

Support will check into your star level to make sure your purchases are gong there, but keep in mind that subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP.

The requirement for your first MyVIP star is 200 GBP. Additionally, as stated in the FAQ, pre-orders, consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP:

What content can I earn a % back on purchases for?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes,
movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points
or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

Since you have not met the minimum spending requirement for your first star, you have not earned any MyVIP stars.

We see that this gamertag still has a 5 star MyVIP star status, and recently received a deposit in April of the last payback event in March (which you received at a 5 star level). You can review your current MyVIP status on the MyRewards page.

There are two ways to earn Rewards Credits. One is the completion of the offers found on your MyMissions page. The only way to receive Credits for non-offer purchases is through MyVIP payback. However, in order to be eligible for MyVIP payback, you must
have at least one MyVIP star. To be promoted to your first star, you must make $300 in eligible purchases. Since you did not reach your first MyVIP star until your recent purchases, you have not received any Credits for your previous purchases, since your
purchases neither completed any offers or were made with a MyVIP star. You can view your MyVIP status at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

Since MyVIP payback is calculated as a monthly whole and placed as pending in your account midway through the following month, it is still too early to see Credits pending for your purchases in November which earned you your first MyVIP star.
