No MyVIP for two months now

Keep in mind that purchases that apply to an offer do not also apply to MyVIP, as specified in our FAQ:

What type of Rewards can I earn?

In addition to our special events and offers, there are two easy ways to earn Rewards Credits each month; by completing missions or special offers, or with a MyVIP Star Rank. To see current
missions, visit the MyMissions page. For more details, please see the Terms and Conditions. Don't forget to check back often to see what's new, as missions are updated frequently!

To learn more about your MyVIP Star Rank, which gives you a percentage back on what you buy in the Xbox Store, visit the MyRewards page. Once you have earned at least 1 Star, you'll start earning each month
based on your qualifying purchases from the previous month.

Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for MyVIP.

Since you opted in to the Simply Rewarding offer in March, your purchases went towards that offer and not MyVIP. Regarding your purchases in April, we have delayed payback for that month due to an issue affecting some of our preview program members. Once
we resolve this issue, you will see Credits pending for April MyVIP in your account. Apologies for the inconvenience.

There is currently a delay with April's rebate as they fix another issue. Support will check on March though. Keep in mind that if you had opted into the Simply Rewarding offer, your purchases would have gone to that offer and not your rebate.

MyVip is calculated at the end of the month and deposited around the 15th of the following month. It is too early to see April MyVip rebates.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

How does a MyVIP Star Rank work?



For every £8 you spend during the month on eligible items in the Xbox Store and/or Microsoft Films & TV, you will earn a % back in Rewards Credits based on your current MyVIP Star Rank. Any outstanding funds will be rolled over into the next calendar
month (i.e. if you spent £70 in July, you would earn xx% of £64, with the existing £6 rolling over into August's balance).


Your MyVIP Credits will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account by the 15th of each month. Please note that MyVIP Credits are calculated and deposited based on the currency of the region you listed when you first enrolled
in the programme, and that any purchases must be made in that same currency to count towards MyVIP.

You can see your current rank and progress towards your next star on your MyVIP page. Keep in mind that to earn a % back with MyVIP, you need to unlock the first star by spending at least £240, and spend at least

Since your two purchases last month were beneath 8 GBP, you did not trigger payback, and that amount was reserved to complete a £8 amount in a following month.

If you bought qualifying MyVip content in March then they should be deposited in the next couple of days. MyVip is calculated at the end of the month and deposited around the 15th of the following month.
