No Multiplayer with Gold Account on XboxOne

Discus and support No Multiplayer with Gold Account on XboxOne in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have a Gold subscription on my Xbox One.     I have a Gold subscription on my Xbox One. But if I try to play online it tells me to buy Gold.. What should i do? Thanks in advance.

    Can you play together in same household with one gold membership?

    I have one xboxone and one xbox360, on xboxone i pay for one gold membership, however, my friends account is also gold because of this.

    Would their account still be gold one the xbox360 and allow us to play games online that require gold if we were to get one xbox360 copy and one xboxone copy of the game?

    Gold on 360 and One

    An existing Gold account will work on the X1 and 360 simultaneously, but you have never been able to assign an account's Gold status to another account. An account is either Gold or it isn't.

    I think the family Gold on the X1 is a bit misleading, because the way I read the description on the X1 doesn't make it sound any different to how licenses work on the 360, i.e. one license to the account and one to the console. I don't think the new guest account feature grants access to multiplayer matches or content either.

    So am I correct that the 360 lost the family pack and it has gone to the One

    So if someone can clarify, if your'e still using an XBOX 360 with multiple accounts/users on one console. Each account/user requires a gold membership subscription to play multiplayer online? Or has XBOX360 also adopted XBOXONE's 1 Gold Member for multiplayer
    to be enabled for other account/users on the same console?

    On the Xbox One only one account needs to have a gold subscription in order for all accounts to have multiplayer privileges. On the Xbox 360 each account needs to have a gold subscription to access multiplayer. This account that you are posting from is
    shown as silver so it would not be able to play multiplayer online. Is there a different account on the One that you purchased Gold for?

    if i remember right the one great thing about xb1 is if you have xbox live gold on your account then anyone else that uses your xboxone with there accountt hey will have gold aswell because it is on the main profile
