No Multiplayer Privileges?

    No Multiplayer Privileges?


    Still not able to play online. Any update on the fix? Hoping this isn't just me.

    I'm sorry to hear that. Perhaps you'd care to share what game you are talking about so we can try to help resolve your multiplayer problem. If I had to guess based only on your comment, I would deduce that for $15, you bought a used game. If that
    is the case, it's possible the server has been shut down. You might, then, want to return the game as it sounds like your main interest was the multiplayer mode.

    No multiplayer

    I bought a game that said it had multiplayer on it and it turns out it don't so I wasted $15 for nothing

    Typically, new changes to your Gold subscription status may not be immediately seen by your Xbox.

    Give your Xbox console a proper
    power cycle     and see if that helps.

    To do a speed test -

    Dashboard

    Scroll right to system settings and press A

    Choose network settings

    Select test XBL connection

    Select yes

    Wait for the test to finish

    If you connect fine then you've done a speed test successfully

    If you fail to connect keep trying until you do

    still shows you as silver on xbox.com do a speed test and that should make your gold status work then you should be able to play online, good luck.

    The multiplayer in Dark Souls also works a lot differently than in other multiplayer titles. It's worth educating yourself about the ins and outs of it so you don't go looking for something that isn't there. It will seem archaic at first but if you take
    the time to understand the in game world and how everyone interacts you'll get why it's been set up in the way it has been.
