    No multi-player mode on all games


    Hello.

    I have a trouble with XBOX LIVE. In fact, I can't playing with multi-player mode ( For Honor and R6 Siège), since 3 days.

    My NAT is OK, my internet connection is OK, I set my box and it's OK.

    I disconnected my profile and turn off XBOX with power switch during 10 sec.

    When I launch a game, a message said me I DON'T HAVE XBOX LIVE GOLD.

    But I have! My subscription is until OCTOBER 2017!

    Please, Need help. 3 days without games, it's boring...

    I have been considering purchasing this game, but am curious about how the multi-player mode works. Has anyone noticed any excessive latency issues in multi-player mode? Has anyone witnessed any exploiting in online multi-player?

    I am interested in Overwatch, but it is all PvP and I hate all PvP Modes! So I decided to ignore this game completely.

    ..........

    No solo game modes in Overwatch, such a shame indeed.

    This whole " I need to play others " theme is getting ridiculous. Whatever happend to the time where there was solo game modes with optional multi-player game modes?

    Oh, thats right...

    Everyone loves playing multi-player...

    ...........

    I only like playing with others when I'm in the mood (which happends 1% of time and only for PvE Modes).

    ...........

    please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription shows ok there.

    If all is good, then please try the following steps

    1. Remove your profile from the console

    2. Perform a full powercycle via these steps:

    Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console be sure to wait at least 30 seconds before powering on again

    3. Download your profile again.

    If all looks fine on that services link and the other steps didn't work then it's best to contact official Xbox Support by Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at Contact Us | Xbox Support
