no more Xbox one X output

Hi, I was playing while the screen blinked, then, output went out.

Switched cable/ HDMI port / did Xbox logo button + eject combo reset, no fix, it's a console issue

Should I try to let the console fix itself (is it a known issue) or should I contact CS and ship the beast back ?

I'm from France and the console was bought during the 400 bucks black friday sale.

If you did all of that and didnt work you should contact costumer service

The ability to output 4K video is only a small part of the puzzle

The CPu and GPU of series consoles is far more powerful than any Xbox One. The Series S, while technically less powerful than the one x, has a far far more powerful cpu, the same one in the Series X

Do you have a series console or a xbox one s or x

If the latter then no it's not available it's is only available on next gen consoles as it requires a lot more power then a xbox one can output

And no xbox one s or x Is not series consoles you are talking about 12 years difference in technology

The original poster bought an Xbox One S, not a Series S and was comparing it to an Xbox One X, not a Series X.
