No more Xbox home reset help

I have a problem where someone hacked my account and used home Xbox resets on my account in November 2017. I need my Xbox home account set to my account now I can’t play my games as I just worked very hard to get a Xbox. My brother who left to collage he
took my Xbox without telling me. I had to get a job with my grandpa. Now I have digital games I can’t play. Please help me out I can’t play the games I love. Thanks for you time.

My home Xbox stuck

If you have run out home xbox, the only way to get it reset is by contacting Xbox directly for help here- http://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us . There's no way around...

You will have to contact support to see if they will/can reset you # of home xbox changes. http://support.xbox.com/

I am sorry but the limit of xbox home resets per year is put there for a reason and once they are used you must wait the allotted time before it can be used again. This is to insure there is no abusing the system. There are a few more months before November
2018 but it will come. I think you should also make sure you first get your xbox back within your possession from your brother. You are right you can't play any games that you own without first getting your console back.

-You mentioned that your account was hacked; if so, you may want to take some steps to try to prevent that in the future if you haven't done so already, such as updating account security information or adding two-step verification to your account. Unfortunately, customer support cannot offer additional Home Xbox switches.

If your console shows you’ve made five home Xbox switches for the year, you might be able to get 1 extra switch by completing a survey.

Go to Settings > General > Personalization > My home Xbox > Learn more, if you see an option that says "Need one more?", click on it and follow the steps provided.

I'm afraid that is the only way in which you could get 1 additional switch. If the "Need one more?" option is not there, that would mean that sadly, you are not eligible for it.
