No more rewards credits?

Hi there,

Since a couple of months I haven't received any more rewards credits even though I've bought plenty of games. Have rewards credits payouts stopped for people in the Netherlands?

We see that you received MyVIP payback for October and November. Regarding December, from the FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. For future reference, you can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed
for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

No more reward points?

I am currently a VIP 3. This means I should be getting 6% back on all my digital games that I buy. Within the past 6 weeks, I've done about $100 in purchases and it doesn't register a SINGLE game I've gotten. Has anyone else had this problem? The only
thing that actually shows up is the December survey. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is a bit frustrating.

We see multiple Credit events in your MyStatement, as well as deposit events. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit
as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. If you are asking about MyVIP payback for last month, from the FAQ:

What you are referring to is a part of the Xbox Live Rewards program. Those are rewards credits not MS points.

What are Rewards Credits and how can I use them?

A. Rewards Credits are a way of keeping track of the cash you earn through Xbox Live Rewards. Once you accumulate 5,000 Credits or more, we will automatically convert them into to your country's local currency and deposit your cash into your Microsoft account.
Then, you can head over to the Xbox stores to purchase your favorite games, Movies, Avatar props and much more!

What is the monetary value of Rewards Credits?

A. 5,000 Rewards Credits are equal to $5 USD.

Earning reward credits for Achievements are definitely worth while and makes having a high GS all the more rewarding.

The 8,700 Credits are your lifetime Credit amount. It is also the amount you received as your deposit. Since these Credits were deposited, they were converted from Rewards Credits into currency and placed into your Microsoft Account to spend. From our FAQ:

Rewards Credits are a way of keeping track of the funds you earn through Xbox Live Rewards. Once you accumulate 5,000 Credits or more, they will be converted into your country's local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account. Then, you can head
over to the Xbox Store to purchase your favorite games, TV shows, movies, and much more!

Sadly, there is none. You will either have to buy it. If you want to accumulate store credits for Microsoft Store, then join the Microsoft Rewards program for more information. I join Microsoft Rewards so I can earn store credits from the rewards.
