No more offline trolls/modders

I've enjoyed gaming on the Xbox One a lot, but I somehow run into countless trolls and modders who have their accounts set to appear offline. Its really pathetic that people need a modded account just to win or to get non-accessible clothing for whatever
game they are playing.

Accounts set to offline should not be allowed to play online.

We need a system ban that bans offline players from playing online(Its like playing a game without gold). We all need this more than we need a tab for Mixer.

IP address.

It is impossible to see your IP address through Xbox Live. These Gamers may be trolls or modders, block communications and ignore them.

 

Halo 4 modding?

Halo 4? I never did run into any modders (aside from the occasional lag-switcher). Probably the reason why there are a bit more modders in halo 4 (Of all kinds) is because the game itself is looking a bit much like call of duty physics (Kill Cam,
Armed Grenade Callout, default Sprint...< no problem here, etc) and they are trying to do the same tactics there, but fail horribly (Halo has a troll factor of blackscreening if it detects lag, and a pro player will eventually use it to an advantage to strategize)

 

So trying to understand this post... you're saying anyone appearing offline has modded their accounts?

Explain how a modded account helps someone win.

You can be online and have your account appear as being "offline". It's an option people can use. Sometimes I'll set my profile to appear as offline even though it's really online so people don't send me messages to play and send party invites.

You need to be online to play online. There is no other way.

 

Players may appear offline because of their Privacy Settings which is official on your profile. You can set it to reveal your online status to Everyone, Friends Only, or Private. This is same with your profile's Friends List too. Set it so it can be viewed
by anyone, only your friends, or to no one but you. This is completely allowed. Parents may not want strangers finding out the online status of their kids. Other peeps do it so strangers don't pry into our profiles. Microsoft is a legit company and they are
one of the most trusted companies in the world with handling our personal information. They also acknowledge legal rights of Australian and NZ members, in their terms of use. (if you live outside the US, your countries legislation govern the interpretation
of this contract). Sony DOESN'T! (shock) implying to be resolved through the courts of England. It's a Privacy right. No one has to reveal their online status if they don't want to. It's part of your Human Rights which is backed up by legislation.

As for trolls, well surprise, Xbox isn't only for oldies adults. Teens and kids play on Xbox too. And thus have less maturity level as older adults. Sure modders run the risk of getting band. They're the ones who always come onto these forums going 'wah,
why did I get banned?'. Perhaps stay clear of COD etc and play more safer family friendly multiplayer games like Kinect Sports Rivals (they don't dare mod on Kinect Sports Rivals cause Kinect has visual access to you while playing the game), Zoo Tycoon, Minecraft.

 

I have my profile set so that only my friends, know my online status and the peeps on my friends list. I don't want strangers clicking on my profile going onto my friends list, and sending friend requests to all the girls on my list. Trolls and Modders have
NO LIFE. They're too dumb or too lazy to play legit. And playing legit isn't really that hard. They'll be the ones who will have their Gamerscore reset to zero, while those of us who play legit, can laugh at them. Justice. Microsoft clearly does not allow
modding and they have a code of conduct. If you want games with mods, you can always play PC.
