No more memory

I am having major storage issues and I don't know how to fix it. When I attempt to go into my game, Call of Duty Ghosts, it tries to install a service pack. But when I select the Memory Unit, it only shows I have 197 mb free. Since that's not enough, I have
to select Manage Storage. When I go into there, it then states that I only have 46 mb free. When I go to the next screen, there is only 322 additional mb showing that's being used, 152 of which are System Items I can't remove. I realize we probably need directions
to add a new hard drive but this one supposedly has 3 gb. So where is all the other file space. I tried to clear the cache but that didn't change anything. Can anyone help me figure out how to clear some room on my hard drive?

You only have so much memory available in the console. Are you sure that you have not used it all?

You can check out how much space you have left by going to System Settings then Storage on the dashboard.

If you can't see anything there, then you may have an issue with the console and would have to contact support to set up a repair.

Approximately 1 - 1.5 gbs are used for system info such as OS, updates, etc. If you don't have an official Xbox hard drive then perhaps you should look into getting a larger usb drive. You can use a usb drive up to 32 gbs.
