No more gold? please help.

I logged on today and started up PUBG and a message came up saying i need to buy Cbox Live Gold. I purchased a 3 month Gold on March 15th, 2018. I have a confirmation email as proof. Is this some kind of April fools joke? Its really annoying. I was able
to play just fine last night.

well, this is interesting. I have been getting this code more frequently after it started a few months back.

Power cycle temp fixes.

I thought I was overheating or such, so I had it cleaned out, but did no good.

Try removing the account from the console and re-adding. Sometimes that can fix the problem.

You don't show as having gold here so you would need gold in order to play online. If you're sharing gold on the One, you may want to make sure the account that has the gold still has the console set as the Home console. If your account is supposed to have
gold, you may want to verify your subscription at

Try to sign out and sign in again. If that doesn't works remove your account from the console and download it again.

My gold expired, and I'm trying to use a 2 week gold trial code, but everytime I try, it keeps on saying I already have a gold membership.
