No Mixpot After Seven Days

The promotion clearly states can take up to fourteen days after the purchase. If you say its been seven days then it can come within the next seven days.

We were able to determine that you have received the MixPot Rewards that you did not already own. This content is automatically applied to the account you watched TGA with. Check your 'Ready to install' list for the following content, but keep in mind that
you may need to install the DLC items from the appropriate game's 'Manage game' screen:

• Goat Simulator
• Warframe Prestige Pack DLC
• Halo Wars 2 Kinsano leader
• Forza Motorsport 7 E3 Driver Suit

I did not receive the mixpot within the 7 days after the event. Please advise what steps will be taken to remedy this and when I can expect this situation to be corrected.

I don't mean to bump/be impatient but I've seen quite a few people post a day or two after me and have their mixpot sent to their account; would someone be able to do this for me?
