for each platform you want to play it on you would need to buy the game again. so you own it on the phone, so you would need to purchase on windows 10 to use it there.

Well it said that if i played PE before that Windows 10 Edition started, i could play that Windows 10 Edition after it started. If i need to buy minecraft again... Microsoft... you’re........

Hi I'm trying to download Minecraft windows 10 on my pc, having previously owned it on xbox. It doesn't say I own the game in the store yet it is on my account purchase history. I have spoken to someone on a text help chat and they were unable to resolve
the issue. What should I do - I would be very annoyed to have to buy the game again.

you are going to need to buy the windows 10 version because Xbox minecraft and PC is different
