No Micr and more "installation Stopped" on xbox one

June 25, I have the following problems:

1) I no longer feel the microphone of my headset, both supplied, the astro A40.

2) Following a reset back to factory console, I can not install the DLC for Battlefield 4 (China Rising, Second ****,Naval Strike) occurs 99% of the download "installation stopped."

In the first and in the second case I have followed all the instructions step by step to solve the problem, not the last reset to factory settings which caused me also between the need to re-download and install everything again.

I contacted customer service microsoft recommended that I write on this forum.

FunkayFooj, since you have the preview dashboard, you'll want to have your brother report the issue via the preview app on the console, or in the preview forums (forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx).
If you get a message that says Group Not Found, have him create a post here requesting access:

Also, it sounds like your issue is different, because you are installing from a disc. Usually, turning the Xbox off by holding the Xbox logo on the front until it fully shuts down and unplugging the power cord from the back for 5 minutes will help this.
I always choose Update Later when prompted, because it makes the game install faster.

I recently had a similar issue with Titanfall and installing the Expedition DLC. To resolve the issue I ended up hard resetting by Xbox One holding down the power button for 10 seconds while the console is on. The system will eventually turn off. Then press
the power once power to turn on the console, the start-up with take slightly longer than normal while the system cache is clear.

One the cache was clear, I launched the game and downloaded the DLC from the game store. Once the DLC was completely downloaded, I quit the game and re-launched from the Home screen.

As for the issue with your headset are you trying to say you cannot hear the microphone?
