No message from xbox after a friend invited me to the preview program over 4 days ago

Preview app message from Xbox

A friend of mine invited me to the preview program almost 2 days ago, and i still haven't gotten the message from Xbox to download the app and register my console.

No access to xbox preview board

Hi, I was invited to the Xbox Preview Dashboard Program by my friend Wakethedead2. I talked with a support agent Lady Ross and she told me to tell him to reply to this forum so that the Preview Support could deal with this because I still haven't received
the message to register for the program and I was invited 4 days ago.

Well two things

The program is at capacity no amount of invites will help

You get the invite you get the invite when the next invite wave happens

However being invited just puts you on the waiting list to be considered for acception

And no being invited doesn't garentee acceptance

They are being picky with who they let in since they do want to people who test the features not just have access to certain features.

2nd there is months of backlog so you are going to be waiting a very long time

And no they won't tell you your position or guess a eta as it's not first come first serve (they are choosing who they accept or not)

4 days? If you are accepted,which,as mentioned,is not guaranteed you will more likely be waiting 4 months or more.

As ngocphi said,there is a massive backlog at the moment as they have only started accepting people again.

My console took 2 days to receive a message to get in the preview program after my friend invited me, took about another day after downloading the preview app for my console registration to complete.
