    Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to the issue with Fortnite, what troubleshooting steps have you tried to resolve the issue? Have you tried to
    Uninstall and Reinstall the game itself? You may also want to try and
    Power Cycle the console to see if this will resolve the issue.

    Additionally, if you still need to contact Epic Games you may want to try their Support website,
    Epic Games Support.
