Ya a pasado una semana desde que se cobró automáticamente el servicio Xbox live gold, el cual pedí un rembolso. Me llego el mensaje a mi correo que se había devuelto el dinero a mi cuenta bancaria

(cuenta rut banco estado visa) me dijeron que de 3 a 5 días pero ya va una semana. Alguien que me ayude .soy de chile

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have question on a refund given. Unfortunately, you will need to reply to the email stating you got the refund. Also, you can contact your bank to see if there is any issues with the refund.

Acabo de hablar con el equipo de microsoft y estoy esperando la confirmación del reembolso si es posible. En el caso de que no me devuelvan el dinero tendré que tomar medidas legales

Me paso exactamente lo mismo, y me comunique con el soporte de microsoft y me dijeron que era un problema de mi banco. Luego de eso hice el reclamo a mi banco y ellos me contestaron que el dinero llego a microsoft, en pocas palabras ninguno se hace cargo
del error. Solo espero que me den el game pass o que minimamente me devuelvan el dinero.

[Edit - Translation] - The same thing happened to me, and I contacted microsoft support and they told me it was a problem with my bank. After that I made the claim to my bank and they replied that the money came to microsoft, in a nutshell none takes
responsibility for the error. I just hope that they give me the game pass or that they minimally return my money.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We see you have issue with a refund. We recommend replying to the email that stated you were given a refund. Refunds in general can take 72 hours usually to go back to the payment that was used. On the

order history does the charge show refunded?
