Buenas tardes la semana pasada compre el juego Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey estaba en oferta era de $384 pesos,bueno lo compre por un error no lo use ni lo juege en ese mismo rato pedi el rembolso,todo bien decia que tenia que esperar 72 horas,espere
y nunca llego mi rembolso. Good afternoon last week I bought the game

It had a discount, it cost $ 384 pesos, well I bought it by mistake, I did not use it or play it at the same time I asked for a refund, very well they said I had to wait 72 hours, I waited 72 hours and my refund never arrived and here I am and my refund
it has not reached me yet

Thank you for taking the time to reply to this thread.

If the game has been returned, then you would no longer be able to launch the game. Is this correct?

If so, I would recommend checking your
Order history as this would shed more light on if the game is being refunded.

If it does say refunded, then it would simply be a matter of time before you receive those funds back into the payment instrument that this was purhcased with.

You should have received email confirmation of your refund request.

If it was approved it can take anywhere between 3-7 Business days to get that money sent back to the payment instrument that was used to make this purchase.

I hope this was able to provide further clarification on this matter.

I do not receive any confirmation email, I only received one where it said that the game had been returned to me

If you have it filed on accounts.microsoft.com as approved then its already done

HOWEVER since you are speaking another language its assumed spain?

If so then its already sent to your bank

Xbox wouldnt havr any say how long it takea from there sincr ita in your banks hands

HOWEVRR with international transactions it can take upto 30 days to be paid by your bank to you

This is dependent onwhen your bank handles international transactions

If its been approvrd by ms the court will laugh and point out that ita upto your bank

It ahould be noted that any credit card transactions are still your responcibility while you wait for the refund this is part of your card holder aggreement

It takes ms 3-5 business days for them to send after being approved bit as mentioned banks do batch transactions so refunds are never immediate and have to wait till your bank handles their next batch

If paypal fyi its 3months

So its pretty normal
