    Ya lleva 2 semanas desde que pedi mi reembolso y no me a llegado si no me lo devuelven are lo posible para que me lo devuelvan mi reembolso en la corte

    [Translation - It has been 2 weeks since I asked for my refund and it has not arrived if it is not returned to me I will do everything possible to get my refund back in court]

    If you have it filed on accounts.microsoft.com as approved then its already done

    HOWEVER since you are speaking another language its assumed spain?

    If so then its already sent to your bank

    Xbox wouldnt havr any say how long it takea from there sincr ita in your banks hands

    HOWEVRR with international transactions it can take upto 30 days to be paid by your bank to you

    This is dependent onwhen your bank handles international transactions

    If its been approvrd by ms the court will laugh and point out that ita upto your bank

    It ahould be noted that any credit card transactions are still your responcibility while you wait for the refund this is part of your card holder aggreement

    It takes ms 3-5 business days for them to send after being approved bit as mentioned banks do batch transactions so refunds are never immediate and have to wait till your bank handles their next batch

    If paypal fyi its 3months

    So its pretty normal

    Thank you for taking the time to reply to this thread.

    If the game has been returned, then you would no longer be able to launch the game. Is this correct?

    If so, I would recommend checking your
    Order history
    as this would shed more light on if the game is being refunded.

    If it does say refunded, then it would simply be a matter of time before you receive those funds back into the payment instrument that this was purhcased with.

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently inquiring about a refund you request on your account.

    You should have received email confirmation of your refund request.

    If it was approved it can take anywhere between 3-7 Business days to get that money sent back to the payment instrument that was used to make this purchase.

    I hope this was able to provide further clarification on this matter.
