El programa de compatibilidad con versiones anteriores se ha detenido

para que el equipo pueda trabajar en el Proyecto Scarlett y todo lo que

vaya en la próxima consola.

hola buenas noches tengo una queja a las 3 de la tarde hice una en cuesta en su pagina de xbox reward para ganar 250 creditos y no me ha llegado nada y seria el mismo caso

que me aparece que si llego a 5000 creditos los puedo convertir a moneda de mi pais

y que si tengo mil puedo pedir un a bono por asi decirlo

y llevo 3 meses haciendolo y nada

La única pregunta me gustaría que presentaras es por qué razón Puerto Rico fue excluido del programa de Microsoft Rewards cuando se hizo el merge con Xbox Rewards. Antes eramos parte del programa y hoy en dia ya no. Nos eliminaron una vez se convirtio en
Microsoft rewards. Todavía no le veo la lógica a la exclusión e inclusive somos parte de los Estados Unidos. Lo unico me gustaria saber es a quien tengo que apelar para volver a ser incluido en el programa.
