Hola buenas tardes, bueno otra vez aquí. Apartándome de eso mi problema es que el día 25 se me renovó dos suscriciones de xbox: una de gold y la otra de game pass, bueno el caso es que quiero cancelarlas, pero al irme en cancelar suscrición solo me aparece
la opción de cancelar , pero no de pedir reembolso y anularla. Un amigo me dijo que hizo los mismo pasos que yo aunque a el si le aparece la opción de reembolso. necesito ayuda o díganme si ya no se puede hacer el reembolso, por que vi que en menos de 30 días
de la compra se anulan y dan un reembolso.

vivo en México, esto lo digo ya , que el día anterior me dieron un link , pero no se encontraba disponible en mi región gracias.

Al iniciar se queda en espera la imagen y no me deja entrar. Tarda un poco y sale error 0x8027025a

Gracias por responderme,pero ya llene ese formulario y la respuesta fue que no me lo daban porque ya yo había recibido un reembolso anteriormente y no es así, a mi nunca me han dado un reembolso,, no se si habrá otra manera de pedir ese reembolso?
