No me dan solución a mi problema[Translation-They don't solve my problem.]

Hola esta hace unos dias compre un control de xbox elite series 2 (no esta disponible aqui en México) pero sucede que lo compre en Best Buy,sucede que me vino defectuoso dado a que que una letra no funciona correctamente y es el botón "A" todo lo demas me
funciona de maravilla pero este boton que es primordial para jugar gears 5 pues no me funciona y a veces le tengo que presionar profundamente para que este funcione bien a la verdad ya llame a Bestbuy,les mande correo,les mande mensaje de Facebook,les publique
en su pagina ofical y no me resuelve nada y pues llame a xbox México para ver si puedo solicitar una reparació pero no dan solución a mi problema (ya estoy harto encerio y pues eso que soy un cliente fiel a su marca pero no me dan la solución y cuando hable
con el asesor me dijo "si no te resuelve la tienda tu compra se quedara así") entonces yo me digo "asi me pagan por todos los años esta empresa" 4500 tirados a la basura?
