Hola buenas, desde hace ya algunos dias, me da este problema al iniciar todos los juegos y al igual me pasa cuando intento juegar en mi pc, dice "tu otra xbox está tomando demasiado tiempo en sincronizar con la nube" una vez fui a la casa de un familiar
y jugue con mi cuenta, pero dias despues me salto ese error y me deja desde cero mi progreso y en el caso de mi pc solo se queda cargando la pestañade sincronizacion y nunca pasa de hay, dejando mis juegos injugables, necesito ayuda ¿Alguna recomendacion o
solucion?

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand you are experiencing difficulties with syncing your save data to the cloud.

The message you are receiving is stating that either :

A. You didn't properly exit the game last you used it on another console or the game is still running on your account.

B. The other console does not have a stable enough connection to Xbox Live to allow the syncing of the data. This likely occurred either during gameplay or before.

If this is the case, then you would need to be able to get on that console once more and launch the game, while connected to Xbox Live, sync your data and properly exit the game.

However, in some instances you are able to use the option that reads Sync last saved data, in order to recover partial data, however, this will cause the data to overwrite anything in the cloud already. You can find this info on the

Puedes intentar
remover la cuenta de tu consola y volverla a agregar, o solo puedes pedirle a tu amigo que la remueva de la suya si es que en dado caso se quedo agregada para que se resincronicen los datos de la nube.

Una vez que elimine los datos de la nube, no hay forma de recuperarlos.

no me deja vincular la cuenta ,al momento de poner todos mis datos de facebook pongo aceptar y no pasanada
