Hace ya unos meses, compre una tarjeta xbox live gold de 12 meses en el centro comercial Walmart, el problema es que al llegar a casa y canjear el codigo, me da un mensaje que la tarjeta no ha sido activada y al asistir al lugar donde la compre, me dieron
un numero para que me la activaran en xbox mexico 5552022392 Ext- 5212, sin embargo, nunca me contestan, ya mande correos a *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** correo que me proporciono la tienda antes mencionada y no he recibido hasta el momento respuesta, lo cual, realmente me
tiene en desagrado porque no he podido hacer uso de mi tarjeta por la cual pague 1000 pesos y que no reciba ayuda ni de la tienda ni de xbox no se me hace agradable, ya que, llevo años usando esta plataforma, comprando y no puedo creer que no puedan activar
la tarjeta en ya varios meses... por favor les pido me asesoren y solucionen este error, porque, si no, solo sera dinero perdido.

Hi Victor,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We are sorry for the issue with the card. When a store scans the card they activate the card. They usually scan it twice. If it is not activated, usually you need to take it back to point of purchase. As this was a
few months ago, there may be issues. You can try to request a call from support. To see if they are able to do anything for you. Make sure to have the receipt handy.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Asi como dice Edgarour, las tarjetas prepagadas de Xbox live gold tienen que ser activadas en la tienda. Vuelve a la tienda que te la vendio diles que no la activaron. Posiblemente necesitaras tu recibo.
