no matter what game i try, i cant play online on the xbox app

ive tried doing all sorts. reset the app, re installed it, used commands in powershell, teredo stuff, literally nothing works. my internet is perfect everywhere else, i dont know what the issue is. if theres any fixes people can reccomend then please do say. i can download stuff and it acts online when im using the app but if i launch a game, it wont allow me to play if its online. so sea of theives is rendered useless and i can only play state of decay 2 offline. maybe im missing files or something? i have no idea

thanks for the advice. i did update a lot of stuff but now i cant even sign in. every time i press sign in, a small xbox window opens and closes multiple times. any other suggestions? ill take anything

With issues like these, since you have tried lots of solutions but the issue is still not fixed, you could be running an old version of the Xbox App and it will need to be updated. To check to see if your Xbox App needs to be updated, please look at this article below, for more information:

To update your Xbox app on your Windows device, you can follow these instructions:

You will need to first launch the Marketplace App on your device.
Once you in the app, please search for “Xbox”
Click onto the Xbox app, that will be displayed in the search results – This should also be noted as “Installed”.
Once you have clicked onto the App, then it should install the update for the App on your device.
Once it has updated, you can navigate back to your app and launch it where you should then see the connect option.

it doesnt matter what game i try to play because i actually cant play anything at all, i wait for around 4hours and dont get a game at all, xbox is just a **** joke

No there was no significant change in the numbers, one time out earlier on after 20 seconds but not when it disconnected from live.

No new babies in the area.

ISP hasn't done any updates they said.

Just like before they said, no change.

No new gadgets or oven,

No difference in bandwidth at any point of day or night.

It would be good if I could look into my modem that sits behind my router . It's a bstar hmd404t. But the settings page has been hidden by the provider as its their box. Maybe that is closing the bat or doesn't have upnp. But why would it do this now ? I'm
on day 5 now, live connects but still drops after 2.15 minutes every time, weird.
