    Initially when I was having Xbox live issues on my Xbox One, I restarted my Xbox, not knowing that I would have to sign into my Microsoft account. I have not signed into the account ever since I created it three years ago. So of course, I do not remember the password, so I ask to reset the password. It has provided me with an account recovery form and so I have filled out probably 10 of those at this point and I have not gotten anywhere with my account. Is there another way or if I can talk to somebody that can help me get a any step closer to my personal account. Now over the past 3 years, I now have hundreds of dollars and progress down the drain since I cannot get in. This is including the brand new Madden 22 that I pre-order purchased and I no longer have it now. I have attempted to do the account recovery form many times now over the past week, and it has not worked. Even though i inputted my credit card information that was used for purchase in the account. Still is not granting me access is very depressing for me. I need help please. The representative I talked to told me to say “ I don’t remember “ in the password I might have used. Because I honestly have not idea what the password might have been. I’ve inputted plenty of passwords that might be it that I always use for everything and it still has not worked. Another representative told me to reply to the automated email that told me that I was not granted access, and “hopefully” you guys will reply, but received no answer. I understand this company is very keen on security, but there has to be something else that I must do IOT get access to my own account. Can I please get real help instead of getting told to just do another form again and “hopefully I’ll remember something from 3 years ago”. Ive been a military member ever since I’ve gotten this account and really remembering my password for some Microsoft account was the least of worries in the past, given the fact that I had more important things to worry about. Although now that this company has locked me out of my own account with plenty of paid subscriptions and games, I am both depressed and severely stressed.

    I am in the US right now. After clicking the contact us button, it directs me to a drop down to what I am having trouble with. I click account and profile and I get directed to the virtual agent. Although it does not give me an option to ask it to direct me to the advanced department. It only lets me choose one of the selections to a random topic. Whenever I type “ transfer to advanced department” or “account takeover”, it does not recognize it. That’s why I asked if I was in the right place.

    I have gotten to the Xbox support and gone through the virtual agent to help. Although, i does not give me an option to ask for the advanced department for the account takeover. Is there a number or am I in the wrong virtual agent?

    Hello, you are in the right place, but only after talking to the virtual agent, and say that "your question has not been answered" is that you will go to the service with a real person, and then ask for this person who attends you to transfer for another department.
