Typos are the most common reason for code errors, and the following characters aren't accepted: A, E, I, O, U, L, S, 0, 1, and 5. As part of our isolation, please try to redeem it using a different browser such as Microsoft Edge while in incognito / InPrivate mode and use this link:

    If you're still having the same error message regardless of the browser that you're using, I would recommend that you contact Xbox support for your profile to be checked further and see what's causing the error. You may follow these steps:

    You get one code for Twitch Account.

    Both the Twitch and TikTok capes are available for Bedrock Edition now and will be in Java Edition by July 8.

    If you haven't got it on Bedrock, the best course of action is to contact Support.

    TikTok and Twitch Minecraft capes aren't showin up in my skin editor. What do I do?

    As stated on the Minecraft website, the capes are not available for Java Edition yet.

    "Both the Twitch and TikTok capes are available for Bedrock Edition now, and will be in Java Edition by July 8. "
