NO MANS SKY

It's coming out next year for the Xbox one

 

Says who? Nothing official has been announced.

The game is below average anyway.

 

ermmm I wouldn't say its below average, its just that its not a great game that every man and their dog was loosing their "stuff" over.

Its basically a survival game set in space, but a very slimmed down survival game.

Ark is much more entertaining to play, with far more stuff to do and its still in beta. No Mans Sky on the other hand is "finished" and after leaving the first planet, you've pretty much done everything you will ever do, which is harvest materials so power
your ship so that you can leave the planet to go to the next one.

No base building (yet)

No taming of animals

No multiplayer

No tribes/guilds

Heck even Subnautica is a better survival game than No Mans Sky..................actually why am I defending it?

Daft, your right, it is below average.

 

I would not move to PS4 just because Microsoft cant get a game because it is only on the PC or PS4, and Microsoft have some great games coming out to be there customers very happy. I have got friends that have it, and they have said it not worth buying.

 

Just some further info to this post, I've got No Mans Sky refunded, after three hours playing I was just not having any fun, it was extremely repetitive (land on planet, harvest resources so that you can leave to get to next planet just to do the same thing)

To anyone out there thinking of getting a PS4 just for No Mans Sky, DONT!!! you will seriously regret it.

 

Looks like Steam & Sony are offering refunds because so many people are annoyed that the game is not as it was advertised & want their money back.

The main issue seems to be it was a full price game when it should of been about £15-£20 at the most & the fact that most of the content that was meant to be in it was removed.

Shame really as it could of been brilliant but turned out to be naff.

 

I agree, I bought it on Steam for £40, and if it had been say £20 or even £25 I wouldn't have bothered getting a refund.

 

This game looks awesome...Im gutted its going to take so long to come out on the Xbox One...by that time the hype train would've left and the game will be starting to die out.

 

The hype train for this game has derailed, burn to a crisp and been deposited in a landfill.

The game simply isn't fun, imagine a fps where you play the first level over and over and over and over again because that's what it is.

Yes the planets look slightly different (red grass instead of green or blue) but what you do is exactly the same.

Harvest enough resources to allow you ship to get to the next star system, land and collect enough resources to get to the next star system, land and collect...........well, you get the idea.

Anyone that thinks this game still looks awesome simply hasn't played it (no offence Mister Chillout) but its true, I thought the same as you, that it looked awesome. but after 8 hours it quickly dawned on me, its the most repetitive overhyped game ever.
