    Just out of curiosity, why is there no way to pre-order NMS from the Xbox Store? I've seen pre-order options from 3rd party vendors but not from the store. Thanks.

    No Man's Sky

    No Man's Sky finaly made it to the Xbox One (X)!

    Waiting for this game the day it released, offcourse it had its own bumpy little road, but with 3 major updates and the NEXT update on the horizon the game made some huge improvements.

    Can't wait to play this game and discover al there is, hopefully with some friends in the new multiplayer! ;-)

    Hello,

    Like you I am also waiting for that. We do not have any info on when it will be up for pre order. I have seen some games that do not have pre orders. I suggest watching Major Nelson on twitter. He always gives heads up when you can pre order stuff.

    Probably NMS wont get a pre order on the store, maybe because it already been released on others platforms before. If you want to buy it on Microsoft Store you should wait to the launch date to buy it.

    Pre orders in 3rd party stores its different, that means if you buy, you are reserving the right to get the game but still you only will receive the code on the launch date.

    Ok, just to clarify, this isn't how to redeem it outside the game. I can see the DLC on my console, it's downloaded and installed, but it doesn't show up
    in-game.

    When I first played the game I did get a prompt inside the game to redeem the pre-order items from the Options menu, but the option to do so never actually appeared there. Now I don't even get the prompt they're available.
