No Man's Sky - Pre-order content

Hi,

I pre-ordered No Man's Sky and both the game and the pre-order content show up on my console. When I first played the game I did get a prompt to redeem the pre-order items from the Options menu, but the option to do so never actually appeared there. Now
I don't even get the prompt they're available.

How can I redeem the content?

Like you I am also waiting for that. We do not have any info on when it will be up for pre order. I have seen some games that do not have pre orders. I suggest watching Major Nelson on twitter. He always gives heads up when you can pre order stuff.

if they send you the code to redeem, just do it as usual

If you've already redeemed the code or the content already appeared on your console go to manage game but highlighting the game and hitting menu. See if the content appears there as ready to download.

 

Ok, just to clarify, this isn't how to redeem it outside the game. I can see the DLC on my console, it's downloaded and installed, but it doesn't show up
in-game.
