No Man's Sky is completely crashing my Xbox One X, do you have an idea to solve the pb ?

The problem came from the game or the console ...

No Man's Sky Xbox One X Crashing

I've had to stop playing, despite trying all the recommended Xbox actions. It's definitely the game, and Hello Games are notoriously bad at fixing problems, despite being really good at introducing them with every patch (the latest Next patch is the 13th
and is still mostly made up of them trying to fix newly-introduced bugs, rather than the trivial content updates they make a song and dance about).

You can report the problem here: Submit a request – Hello Games - just don't expect a response from them. Despite making over $24m from new purchases when the Xbox version was released, they haven't employed any new staff to provide
an acceptable level of customer support.

I think only reporting the problem in numbers will get them to do anything about it, or even acknowledge it. As their history shows, they rely on people buying the game and not playing it. If you don't report the problem, they'll be quite happy with that.

I own the digital copy of the game and am still getting this issue so I suspect the disk is not what is creating the issue. I submitted a report on their forum and provided a link to this thread. Hopefully they release a hot-fix to resolve this issue soon.

I've also spent the morning playing on my old xbox and can confirm that I was unaffected for the entire time that I was playing.

I already do this, and i have uninstall and reinstall the game, empty the game cache...

A suggestion here, try following this How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One article, and
be sure to:

Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or
apps. This will save you from downloading or reinstalling the large game files. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose
Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with
Reset and keep my games & apps and save Reset and remove everything as a last resort.

Try this out and let us know how it goes.

I cannot be of any help, sorry. I had to refund the game because it started crashing after about 45 minutes. My save was 1 hour and 22 minutes. But from the 45 minute mark to then I had 5 crashes. I purchased on the 1st but did not play until the 2nd
or 3rd. Had those 3 crashes and stopped. Then tried on the 5th and had 2 crashes in about 10 minutes.

I tried all the troubleshooting. Support told me it was known and I could report it to the devs. but that they knew. I finally got back to them after being turned down for a refund and explained to them I cannot play and had barely played and they decided
to refund. Was my only option. Game looked like something I would enjoy as it was different than stuff I had been playing and was fun. But I did not want to keep a broken game. I had found people from near launch that had this issue. And some responded
to my posts that they still had it and were waiting for a patch. So the issue is random because I know some that have had no issue.

Something that might work though is to clear the local cache on the Xbox. Then let it re-sync to the online save data. You have probably tried that but it might work. If you have not and do not know you hold the power button on the front until it completely
powers off. Unplug the power from the console. Press and hold the power button while unplugged which will help remove any remaining power. I usually would go for a minute or two of unhooked time. Then hook it back up.

If you know someone with the game that has a working copy you might try to delete and then do a copy of their install from their external or copy it from their external to yours. When you load the game it would sync your license and might fix it.

I had no luck at all but these might work. They have worked on a few past games for me.
