No Man's Sky from Game Pass PC - stuck at loading screen

I installed NMS via Game Pass on PC for the first time and the game endlessly loads. At the same time, it uses almost no resources in Task Manager.

My PC:

i5-6400

GTX 1060 6GB

16GB RAM

SSD

I know it's not great, but the game should at least run.

I've waited over 60min.

What I did:

1. I've tried to download different game from Game Pass (Sea of Stars) and it works fine.
   
2. Reinstalled Xbox App
   
3. Cleared Windows Store cache
   
4. Reinstalled the game
   
5. Reinstalled WMI
   
6. Reinstalled Gaming Services.
   
7. Updated gpu drivers
   
8. Reinstalled the game again, this time to C: drive
   

Still stuck.
