No Man's Sky Automatically downloading repeatedly HELP

this is going on about 1 year now of this game automatically installing itself. no matter what i do such as let it download fully and uninstall, or cancel the install or reinstall both the microsoft store aand xbox app IT KEEPS COMING BACK.

Turn on Computer, Open xbox app, there it is automatically installing 12 GB of this game.

i cancel the install, it stays away

restart computer, open xbox app, THERE IT IS AGAIN.

ive even tried letting my game pass expire, so it wouldnt download it, AND IT STILL DID. i do not own this game. and NEVER will.

Either i get this fixed or microsoft owes me 12gb of storage because i cant keep this game off of my SSD! please help.

PS. EVERYTIME I CALL IM ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES THEN THE PHONE JUST HANGS UP.

Is this happening on Windows 10 or 11?
Are you using an insider build in your system / are you part of the windows gaming program?
Do you have delivery optimization active in your PC? (If yes turn it off)

If you go to the Windowsapps / Xboxgames folder in the drive where the game is always installed. Are you able to see a folder related to no man's sky even after you delete the game?

And, what did you tried so far to fix this problem
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

Are you able to replicate it when you want?

windows 10, i have just turned off delivery optimization.

after i uninstall the game via xbox app or add or remove programs i do believe there is a residual folder that i also have deleted after the fact

reinstalled xbox app, disabled automatic updates in both windows store and xbox app, purposely expired game pass in hopes it wouldn't download, kept it downloaded for a while, then uninstalled, installed on PURPOSE after cancelling the automatic install then uninstalling manually then uninstalling.
